How long do these meals last?
Each Meal is prepared Fresh and can be stored Fresh in the refrigerator for up to six days from pick up. After the sixth day we recommend freezing for up to three months of Freshness.
Can I freeze these meals?
Yes, you can freeze for up to three months.
Do I have to sign up for a meal plan?
No, you can select as many or little as you like! For delivery we have a five-meal minimum.
If I sign up for a meal plan, is it a contract?
There are NO contracts and NO cancellation fees. Simply pause, cancel, or resume at any time before the cutoff.
How does the meal cutoff times work?
We release a new menu every Monday. From there you have Monday-Friday at midnight to order. Pick-ups and deliveries then go out that following Tuesday after 4pm!
If I sign up for a meal plan, can I pick my meals?
Yes, one of the benefits of using our service is you can select whatever meals you would like for the week. If you forget to select, the system will autogenerate an order for you of what meals we have available for the week.
How do I heat these meals?
Basic heating instructions for the microwave is to peal plastic partially off in corner and heat for 1-3 minutes. The containers are oven safe, preheat your oven to 350 degrees remove plastic film covering, and heat for 5-8 minutes.
What do I do if I have allergies?
You can list preferences or allergies on every meal. Simply click on the meal that you wish to add to the cart before adding it and you will see a space to list your allergy. Our team will make sure to prepare your meals accordingly.
EzFresh Meals currently delivers to the states of West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania all within a 40-mile radius. Our delivery fee is $7 for 15 miles or less and $15 for anything over the 15-mile radius. We offer FREE delivery for all orders over $150. We also offer FREE delivery to our selected pick-up locations listed on our site.
