Each Meal is prepared Fresh and can be stored Fresh in the refrigerator for up to six days from pick up. After the sixth day we recommend freezing for up to three months of Freshness.

No, you can select as many or little as you like! For delivery we have a five-meal minimum.

We release a new menu every Monday. From there you have Monday-Friday at midnight to order. Pick-ups and deliveries then go out that following Tuesday after 4pm!

Basic heating instructions for the microwave is to peal plastic partially off in corner and heat for 1-3 minutes. The containers are oven safe, preheat your oven to 350 degrees remove plastic film covering, and heat for 5-8 minutes.  

You can list preferences or allergies on every meal. Simply click on the meal that you wish to add to the cart before adding it and you will see a space to list your allergy. Our team will make sure to prepare your meals accordingly.

We currently deliver within a 50 mile radius of our production facility at 2600 Pennsylvania ave Weirton, WV, with more being added regularly! Enter your zip code at checkout to see if we deliver to your door.

For home delivery, our minimum order is 6 meals or $75 to keep delivery efficient and affordable. There’s no minimum for pickup orders.

Definitely — just transfer the food to an oven-safe dish and heat at 350°F for about 10–15 minutes, or pop in the air fryer for a few minutes for a crisp finish.

All deliveries are transported in temperature-controlled coolers with ice packs to keep your meals at safe, fresh temperatures until they reach you.

Yes! Unlike most meal prep companies, we allow side swaps and custom requests for many meals. Just leave your notes in the “Special Instructions” box before checkout.
